There has to be some validity to Ms Hurd experiences. I have also experienced this same treatment. I urge you to go find another place. Unless you are white rich and part of the good ole boys club you can forget. The staff is in need of training to making all paying customers feel like they are valued. I’m also convinced that’s Stacey creativemind is probably a worker or friend. I honestly am so mad that I give this place a dime of my money. I’m also Going to see why they are billing my insurance and I pay them out of pocket for treatment!! I hate this place and don’t recommend it for black people take your money where you are valued!

My niece have treatment at the office at pascagoula. A miss understanding and the racist attitude some employees had, she was looking to translate on the phone and she call her brother but he didn't know wan on speaker but that's the way he answer the phone for her the comments wasn't for no staff member so my niece ask me to translate and the impression I got for the Dr was there was a person who don't listen to clients first and then talk no it wasn't like that he believe what she said ( his employee) when my niece told her that she's looking for translate bcuz she want to tell her what she need to fix bcuz it was bother her mouth so she took her gloves off with attitude thru it on the table trying to ask my niece for her phone. When she got up she said something in Spanish nothing to the employee. The employee thought it was about her so I think the Hispanic community can't be treat it this way I never think a professionals on this field gonna be so unprofessional. I just look at my niece face she was crying and upset. Just let them know that was a misunderstood and no reason to treat people like that. And thanks to the employee who finish my niece work she was nice.

I went there today n they were very rude to me.I have been asking for appts for 3:30 but they intentionally give me appts at 3:00 n I have to rush to get there on time!Every since I told them that I had my home built n they saw me with a new car there has been a problem!They act racist n very nasty towards me!I was 15 minutes late n the receptionist got upset n said that Dr.Brown was upset with me!I gave her my insurance card n she was too upset with me for being late.I went to the back with my daughter to get her braces checked but he didn't want to service my child unless I signed a waiver but I refused unless he removed all the stuff that he referred her to get in her mouth n her braces.So I took out my phone n he jumped up in my face mad,then he grabbed my hand n tried to take my phone.I wanted to record so that I would have proof of how they were treating me n my child.I told him to keep his hands off me n my phone.I told him that they better not try to run my daughter insurance because he didn't service her...Then I left!I wish they would be fair to my innocent daughter.They are punishing her because they don't like me!In Response to Stacy CreativeMind well she does have quite an Creative Mind.She is making false accusations about me n has her facts backwards!I left the back where she was with her child n she couldn't see me.I got ready to leave n saw that I was blocked in so I came back in to ask the owner of 1 of the vehicles to let me out n she did but I DIDN'T hit anything ma'am.I treat people with respect or Accordingly.I Don't stand for Racism.Stacy!I stated to them I don't like racist but didn't call them names as she says!Get your lie straight before writing reviews ma'am!

In response to Mrs. Hurds ludicrous allegations I would like to give an accurate depiction of what happened on 2/5/19. First of all, my children have been patients of Dr. Browns since 2012. The staff, which is more like family has always been professional and attentive. Mrs. Hurd was being rude, disrespectful and making everyone present uncomfortable and on edge especially in this day and age when situations can escalate quickly and get out of control. She followed her daughter back to the examining chair and started videotaping the tech who was working on her daughter. My daughter happened to be two chairs down having her wires adjusted. Dr. Brown was working on another patient while he addressed Mrs. Hurd in a calm, professional manner. Anyone who works in the medical field as I do knows that she was violating HIPA laws by videotaping. He asked her to stop and she became quite angry and belligerent which was scaring the kids that were being worked on. Dr. Brown told her that he would be happy to transfer her daughter’s medical records to her doctor of choice. She and her daughter stormed out and as she walked out of the clinic claimed that ALL of us were nothing but a bunch of damn rednecks. I watched her pull out and thought she was going to hit a corvette that was parked behind her. Turns out she didn’t hit it, but did hit the one that was out of my view. She left without reporting the incident. Bottom line is that Dr. Brown and his staff were extremely professional. BTW Mrs. Hurd seems to have quite a reputation around town for being unruly to say the least.

I really like Brown Family orthodontics. I feel comfortable there, everyone is helpful and nice, and I started to see great results with my teeth quickly!

We love Dr.Brown, and his staff. Ms. Jennifer is amazing with my daughter who is autistic. She is very patient and observant to my daughters reaction to everything being done to her teeth.

Dr Brown is very professional as well as very funny. My treatment experience has been the best from start to finish. I will never forget the positive impact Dr. Brown has had on my life.
